By accessing, installing, or using Graffiti AI ("the Service"), including its bookmarklets, browser extensions, hosted APIs, and any accompanying documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Graffiti AI provides a lightweight interface for capturing webpage context and sending that content to large-language-model back-ends such as OpenAI. Functionality includes—but is not limited to—generating prompts, annotating pages, and storing conversation history.
3. Data Collection & Logging
We automatically collect and store certain information whenever you use the Service. This may include but is not limited to:
- Page URLs and excerpts you submit through the bookmarklet;
- Generated prompts, responses, and related metadata;
- Technical information (e.g., browser type, operating system, timestamps, IP address); and
- Error messages and diagnostic logs.

4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: (a) any content you submit to the Service, (b) complying with all applicable laws, and (c) ensuring you have the right to share that content. Do not use the Service to submit sensitive personal data, proprietary information, or any material that infringes on third-party rights.
- You must not use the Service to generate, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or to related systems or networks.
- You must not disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service (including excessive automated requests or scraping that exceeds normal usage patterns).
- You must not upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
5. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
The foregoing licence is conditional upon your continued compliance with these Terms and is subject to the following restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) bypass, remove, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or technological protection measures; or (d) use the Service to build or assist in building a competing product or service.
6. Intellectual Property
Graffiti AI, including all associated trademarks, logos, and software, is and will remain the exclusive property of Secure Technology Analytics Ltd and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party APIs such as OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, which you must comply with.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Graffiti AI relays content generated by large-language-model providers. Such output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive. You agree to independently evaluate and verify any information obtained through the Service before relying on it and acknowledge that you bear all risk arising from your use of, or reliance on, such output.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Technology Analytics Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Secure Technology Analytics Ltd and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
